2. Coaching Services

Elevare Horizons Coaching provides strategic communication coaching designed to support clarity, confidence, and intentional growth. Coaching is a collaborative, forward‑focused process and is not a substitute for legal, financial, therapeutic, or medical advice.

3. Booking and Payments

  • All sessions must be booked through the designated scheduling system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars and may change at any time.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To respect both our time:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • Missed sessions (no‑shows) are non‑refundable.

If Elevare Horizons Coaching needs to reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative time.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated with respect and discretion.
However, confidentiality may be broken if:

  • Required by law

  • There is a risk of harm to yourself or others

Website interactions are subject to the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property
